Access to Information

Most records held by the Board are available to the public. However, some information is protected by the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. Information protected by this Act may be requested by submitting an Application for Access to a Record and paying any associated fees. There is a simplified application process to request certain common records. This process is outlined in the Board's Routine Access Policy
