We are making important improvements to how electronic information is filed with the Board. Effective November 3, 2025, all documents and files must be submitted via the secure file transfer service on our website.

The switch to a secure file transfer service offers several benefits:

  1. Larger Files: You can now upload all your files at once without worrying about exceeding email limits. Up to 10 GB of files can be transferred at one time.
  2. Identification of Confidential Information: You will be required to indicate if any files contain confidential information. This helps us ensure sensitive material is identified early and appropriately protected.
  3. Improved Security: The service is fully encrypted to better protect information during transmission.

You can easily find the file transfer service:

We will no longer accept files via email, effective November 3, 2025. This includes applications, appeals, evidence, procedural documents, letters, and other submissions.

This change will not impact the processing of previously submitted information. Any documents filed via email before November 3rd do not need to be resubmitted. In addition to the secure file transfer service, the Board will continue to accept documents filed physically (i.e., by mail, courier, or fax).
