There’s a new feature available when using our Public Documents Database. A "Save List" button has been added to the far-right side of each tab that, when clicked, instantly generates a list of all documents under the selected tab.
This list includes:
- Document number
- Document name/description
- Date filed and by whom
Location of "Save List" button:

Example of generated list:

This feature is especially helpful for:
- Quick overviews: Get a birds-eye view of all documents within a tab without scrolling or opening each item.
- Cross-referencing: Easily match document numbers to file names for organizing or sharing purposes.
- Bulk review prep: Ideal for users preparing to download or analyze multiple files at once.
How To Access and Use the Save Files Button:
- Locate a matter in our Public Documents Database by entering the matter number and clicking ‘Search’ here: https://uarb.novascotia.ca/fmi/webd/UARB15
- Click on one of the many tabs located below the matter information.
- Move your mouse to the far-right side of the page (under the tab) and click “Save Files”.
- Click the button that appears in the pop-up window to download the list.
- A printable list of all the documents in the tab will appear.
Additional Notes:
- The list reflects only the documents visible under the selected tab.
- If documents are added or removed, regenerate the list to ensure accuracy.
- For best results, use the latest version of your browser.
This new feature should improve workflow and make document referencing more efficient. Please contact board@novascotia.ca if you have feedback or run into any issues.
