The Board investigates customer complaints about Halifax Water and other municipal water utilities. These involve issues around the supply of water, billing, and connection and disconnection, among other matters. The Board will also consider complaints or comments about its other mandates, including public passenger service, planning appeals and assessment appeals, to name a few.
