These are high-level summary documents that were previously issued on the dates below. The documents were prepared by Board staff to assist media and the public in understanding key elements of a significant decision.
Only the full decision offers a complete and definitive expression of the Board's findings and determinations in each matter. Full decisions can be accessed by searching the matter number (M, followed by five digits) HERE.
