May 28, 2026 – The Nova Scotia Energy Board has issued an interim order under Section 24A of the

Beginning on Monday, April 20, 2026, the federal gas tax on gasoline and diesel fuel will be temporarily removed. This tax removal will be in effect until September 7, 2026 (inclusive).
